Nemetschek BauSoftware was created on the 1.1.2002, as a subsidiary of the Nemetschek AG through the merger of IBD und Henke & Partner.

We have clearly defined goals. We are looking to strengthen our market segment "Build", one of the pillars of the Nemetschek's DESIGN - BUILD - MANAGE philisophy. Our vision is to become the market leader for "Integrated Building Software" in Europe and Switzerland.


Our philosophy is that only those who have experience working in the building sector itself, can develop building software. Our competent staff is made up of dedicated, experienced individuals many of whom were formerly active in the building sector. This enables us to offer optimum support to our clients coming from different sectors such as civil and structural engineering, turnkey building, plant engineering, Readymix concrete producers, etc.
