Whether Nemetschek is opening new markets, developing a new product or exploiting new sales channels – the two-person Managing Board is involved in all fundamental decisions, setting of goals, organization and company leadership. The Supervisory Board of Nemetschek AG monitors the Managing Board. It is also closely involved in decisions that are of fundamental importance for the company, and provides the Managing Board with advice.

Ernst Homolka, Speaker of the Board Finance and Administration Since January 1, 2007 Homolka is responsible for the areas of financials, HR, legal, IT, operations, merger & acquisitions and investor relations. Ernst Homolka has been at Nemetschek AG since 1999. From 1990 – 1994, he worked in various commercial positions at the Hilton International chain of hotels, then he was responsible for the commercial management of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" hotel in Munich and group accounting for Kempinski AG.

Michael Westfahl, Member of the Managing Board Sales and Marketing At the start of the 2005 business year, Michael Westfahl (48) moved up to Managing Board membership from his previous position as Managing Director of Nemetschek Deutschland GmbH. The graduate engineer has been the member of the Managing Board responsible for Sales and Marketing since January 1, 2005. Prior to this, he worked at Compaq Deutschland GmbH for 13 years, most recently as marketing and business development director on the executive board.
