Changes in the Managing Board of Nemetschek AG

Munich, June 14, 2002. Effective immediately, Chief Executive Officer Gerhardt Merkel has resigned from the Managing Board. The board member Gerhard Weiß, responsible for finance and administration will be spokesman of the Managing Board.
