Munich, December 16, 2002. Nemetschek AG has applied for the listing of its shares in the quality segment “prime standard”. With the beginning of the listing in the prime standard, the listing at the Neuer Markt will be terminated. Nemetschek fulfils the high transparency requirements since the start of its listing at the Neuer Markt. These include amongst others quarterly reports in German and English language and the application of internationally accepted accounting standards. “By the listing in the prime standard we demonstrate our commitment to a prompt and regular information of our shareholders. Moreover, as an internationally operating company we expect a higher attention of foreign investors”, said speaker of the board Gerhard Weiss.
