| Peter Mehlstäubler is new general manager of Nemetschek Allplan GmbH | | |

| Munich, January 15, 2008 – Peter Mehlstäubler will be appointed general manager of Nemetschek Allplan GmbH on January 15, 2008. In this newly created post, he will be responsible for the product and development organization and product marketing via the Nemetschek sales companies at home and abroad.
"We are very pleased to have won Mr. Peter Mehlstäubler as general manager for our successful Design business unit and our important Allplan brand," said Ernst Homolka, CFO and board spokesman of Nemetschek AG. "He offers the ideal combination of technical expertise, leadership qualities, and extensive knowledge of international business."
Peter Mehlstäubler has more than 20 years' experience in the international software industry, primarily with 3D applications and computer graphics. Most recently, he was responsible for the areas of product planning, product management and support in his capacity as vice president at mental images, a company that specializes in the manufacture of rendering and 3D software. From 1997 to 2006, Peter Mehlstäubler held managerial positions at Alias Systems, a provider of software solutions for industry design and entertainment, including business development manager Europe and vice president product development in Toronto, Canada. After a degree in mechanical engineering, Peter Mehlstäubler worked in a number of roles for US computer manufacturer Control Data in Germany and the United States.
Nemetschek Allplan GmbH is a one-hundred percent subsidiary of Nemetschek AG, formerly Nemetschek Technology GmbH, which was renamed Nemetschek Allplan GmbH following an internal reorganization at the start of 2008. The purpose of the new structure is to strengthen the Allplan brand and further improve the market position of the Allplan product family.
